Jag har använt Ashwaganda i 2 månader men har inte märkt något förbättring av mitt sömn.

Det som jag tycker om är att dem just är gummies, smak som godis. Jag har tidigare använt ashwaganda men tabletter, och det är jobbigare att ta varje dag! Så jag är nöjd.

Den var helt okej, men man blir inte så pigg på dagen och den hjälper inte så bra att dämpa ångest etc. som de står på beskrvingen

Asså dessa funkar ju hur bra som helst det trodde jag aldrig, har käkat de i ett par veckor nu och oh my god säger jag bara, vilken skillnad!

Frugan läste någonstans att detta skulle vara bra för min artrit så har testat och märker nog att det har underlättat, men skulle inte säga att jag blivit botad.
