Good quality product and reasonably priced compared to similar products on amazon

I purchased these for my partner and have told him to give them a little while to work as he is taking prescribed medication. He had been prescribed 7 days of zopicone sleeping tablets, highly addictive medication which I didn’t want him to take and also didn’t help with his sleeping which would mean taking them for longer. I chose a more natural/herbal tablet to prevent any of the side effects that come with prescribed drugs. L-Theanine is all natural and has some great reviews. My partner said he went straight to sleep last night so I can only suggest they have helped.

I feel I get some indigestion from these because it's almost as if I have heartburn. But it's not too bad. I will continue taking these. The makers sent out the one with lemon balm to me after their earlier error and I am impressed.
