J'ai 70 ans. Je mange sain et je fais quotidiennement de la marche. En parallèle, je prends une supplémentation Curcuma + poivre noir. Cela me permet de limiter les visites chez le docteur.

Une excellente façon de prendre soin de sa santé et de se préparer pour les vieux jours.

La pipérine présente dans le poivre noir sert à améliorer l'assimilation de la curcumine. Ce complément répond parfaitement à mes attentes.
