We work with a select group of manufacturers and every ingredient is scrutinized for its quality grade and source. As a result, we don’t want you to just like our products - we want you to love them!
Please read the terms and conditions of our Money Back Guarantee (MBG) below:
- Our Money Back Guarantee is referred to below as ‘MBG’ and is applicable on selected products that have been made for our company under our own sub brand labels which include MaxMedix, WeightWorld, Animigo, mySmile, Eco Masters and Viaman.
- The definition of our products in accordance with this MBG is in specific relation to any product carrying our sub brand name.
- Our products are not designed to cure, treat or prevent any medical condition, disease or ailment.
- If you take or have taken advantage of any multibuy offer or discount, you will be refunded according to the discount that was applied to the offer.
- Please allow at least 10 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
- The money back guarantee applies to all products purchased directly at our websites or over the telephone via our Customer Service Representatives. Our wholesale or resellers are not obliged to offer the same service.
- Claims to be made by the end user. Claims by our wholesale customers and/or resellers will not be recognised.
- We will only refund the cost of the products purchased and not any delivery costs in either sending you the product/s or for you to return the product unless they were faulty.
- In the event that the products were faulty, we reserve the right to test the product for its composition and will refund you in full including postage in the event that any test results proved that the product had fault.
- We cannot be held responsible for lost returns, caused by your choice of courier. We therefore recommend that you send your goods back via a recorded, special or proof of delivery service that is tracked.
- Our MBG does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights and is subject to our terms and conditions.
- The MBG is valid for the life span of the product in question and in the event that you have purchased more than one of the same product, we will refund you on the one product irrespective of whether opened or not and the remainder will be refunded only if they are returned in the original packaging.
- Please ensure that tamper evident seals on unused products are not broken (other than the one tried) as only the sealed products can be refunded in full.
- Only one claim per household.
- Any subsequent MBG claims on other qualifying products will only be refunded at the discretion of the company.
- Claims can only be made if the product has been used as directed on the product label.
- In order to initiate a claim for MBG, you need to email [email protected] and provide your order number and details of how you used it, share your experience together with any evidence of before and after usage which may include photographic evidence or similar.
- All unused product or empty packaging must be returned along with the claim to Comfort Click Ltd, Unit 8, Sevenoaks Enterprise Centre, Bat and Ball Road, Sevenoaks TN14 5LJ.
- In the event of a fraudulent MBG claim, we reserve the right to claim repayment of the amount paid to you along with compensation for any resultant loss incurred.
- We reserve the right to change, update or remove this MBG policy at any time and you may visit this page regularly in order to understand any changes made to the policy. This policy was last updated on 02/04/2021.
- All claims must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase except for where product lifespan is longer.
- MBG is not applicable for Devices. If you have received a faulty device or if you have any technical issue with the device, please do not worry, we will either get it repaired or replaced for you. You just need to contact our friendly customer services.
