From 1 January 2020, the NOK 350 limit was removed on all foodstuffs. As a customer, you are responsible for paying the fees that come in addition to the product price, even if the item costs less than NOK 350.
Foods are defined as dietary supplements, beverages, sweets, protein powders, teas, herbs, etc. As goods are stopped at the border, it takes longer to clear the goods before they are sent on, which makes the delivery time longer than before.
Normal delivery time is 5-14 working days (may take longer depending on postcode and processing time in customs).
We ship from the UK, and VAT is thus charged on all goods. This is not covered by us.
