Green Matcha Chia Dessert


  • 150 ml Almond Milk
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Powdered Matcha Tea
  • 0.5 part Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Syrup / Malt Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract


  1. Mix almond milk, syrup, vanilla extract together in a bowl.
  2. Beat the chia seeds into the liquid.
  3. Leave to cool for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with your favourite garnish.
