Directions for Using This Electrical Foot Massager

Using the Leg & Foot Circulation Machine

Step 1

Plug the power cable into the nearest electricity socket, as well as, the power input of the device.

Step 2

Sit comfortably with both your knees bent at a 90-degree angle and place your bare feet on the foot-shaped pads.

Step 3

To turn the leg and foot massager on, press the power button on the device or the remote control.

Step 4

Increase the intensity with the +/- buttons until you either feel or see your muscles contracting and expanding.

As a default, the timing on the foot and leg massager is set to 30 minutes and the intensity level to 0 but you can adjust the duration and intensity levels through the +/- buttons on the device or remote. Please note that the optimal intensity level will vary from person to person. You can also increase the duration time to suit you. The leg circulation device will then automatically turn off once it has run for the chosen duration.

Using the electrode pads

01. Step

Ensuring the device is turned off, connect the electrode pads to the accessories socket. Peel off the protective membrane from the body pads and carefully place them on the skin.

02. Step

Turn on the leg circulation machine and control the intensity and duration using the +/- buttons. Once it has completed the chosen duration it will automatically turn off.

03. Step

To remove the pads, carefully peel them from the skin - do not pull the electric wire as this may damage them. Place the pads on either side of the plastic pad protectors after use, ready for next time.

The electrode pads are designed for use on body parts such as the shoulders, back or arms. These pads can be used independently or along with the leg circulation machine footpads. Before use, make sure the skin is clean, dry and uninjured. Before using the electric foot massager for the first time, we also recommend reading through the entire user manual.

Helpful tips

To improve the effectiveness of the conductivity of our foot circulation machine, we recommend applying a balm on your feet and drinking plenty of water to make sure you are not dehydrated. The Circulator is not designed to vibrate. It instead sends a mild current that helps to stimulate the nerves in the sole of the feet which causes normal contractions and expansions of the muscles. The impulses sent to both feet are always the same intensity but the sensitivity of each foot can vary, which can occasionally result in one foot feeling more than the other. In these cases, keep the intensity at a level that makes the more sensitive foot comfortable as the other foot will still be receiving the pulses.
