HOW MUCH TO TAKE: 100G PER DAY
We advise that you drink your powder mixture in the morning. Do not exceed 100G per day. Mix with milk or water.

* hi, i use the instant oats ( unflavoured ) everymorning to sart my day off right, i mix it with milk and eat one bowl before cycling 7 miles to work, usually the one bowl will stop the hunger and food cravings until lunch time, the best part is i arrive at work fresh and energised, knowing that my legs are also repairing while im working
* perfect gym food, i have one bowl before i set off for the gym and it will keep me going for a good 2 hours in the gym, i can see the benefits of using this already. every session has become more intense
* I have been using this for a while now and I really like it. I usually mix with water but when I fancy something different I mix it with milk.
