Chia Pudding with Strawberries


  • 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
  • 120ml of rice milk
  • Strawberry jam with no added sugar
  • Fresh strawberries


  1. In a bowl, mix the Chia Seeds with the rice milk and let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours (better overnight).
  2. Serve cold with strawberry jam on the bottom of each jar and decorate with fresh strawberries.
