Chia Pudding with Strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
- 120ml of rice milk
- Strawberry jam with no added sugar
- Fresh strawberries
- In a bowl, mix the Chia Seeds with the rice milk and let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours (better overnight).
- Serve cold with strawberry jam on the bottom of each jar and decorate with fresh strawberries.
