Green smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 banana (optional: frozen)
- 1 apple
- 1 slice of pineapple
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of Spirulina
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender (optional: add 2 ice cubes or use a frozen banana) and blend.
- Serve fresh and enjoy!
