Barley Grass Powder Balls


  • 4 tbsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp light tahini
  • 1-2 tbsp honey (runny)
  • 1-2 tbsp barley grass powder
  • Goji berries (optional)


  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blitz until it starts to form a dough.
  3. Take a teaspoon full of dough in your palms and roll into a ball.
  4. Leave to set in the fridge.

Storage: Put the Barley Grass Power Balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
