Green Spirulina Houmous
- 1 can of chickpeas (400g)
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp Spirulina powder
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
- Drain the chickpeas from their can.
- Add all the ingredients except the spirulina powder into a blender.
- Add more olive oil if needed for a smoother consistency.
- Gradually add the spirulina powder and mix until smooth.
Serve with chips, crackers, with veggies or on toast. Add basil or mint leaves for decoration.
