Coconut Maca Porridge
- 150 ml of water
- 50 ml oatmeal
- 4 tablespoons of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon Maca powder
- Heat the oats, water and coconut milk in a saucepan and leave for a few minutes until the liquid is almost absorbed.
- Cut the banana into slices and stir into the mixture.
- Add the coconut oil and almond butter, followed by maca powder.
- Serve and enjoy!
