Hemp & Acai Energy Bites

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp acai powder
- 1 cup smooth cashew butter (or any nut butter will work)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup dried coconut
- 1/2 cup Hemp Protein powder
Method:
- Line a tray with greaseproof paper.
- a. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
- Spoon out heaped tablespoons, one at a time, and press the mixture firmly together in your hands.
- Roll between your palms to form a ball and place on the lined tray.
- Place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
