Pineapple Lucuma Chia Pudding
- 1-2 teaspoons lucuma powder
- 2-3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 250ml almond milk
- 40g (fresh) pineapple
- Blend the lucuma powder, almond milk and pineapple together in a blender.
- Put the mixture in a bowl and add the chia seeds. Mix well.
- Cool for at least an hour and serve!
Tip: Serve with goji berries and raw coconut chips.
