Pineapple Lucuma Chia Pudding


  • 1-2 teaspoons lucuma powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 40g (fresh) pineapple


  1. Blend the lucuma powder, almond milk and pineapple together in a blender.
  2. Put the mixture in a bowl and add the chia seeds. Mix well.
  3. Cool for at least an hour and serve!

Tip: Serve with goji berries and raw coconut chips.
