Chlorella Avocado Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 mature avocado
  • 1 tsp Chlorella powder
  • 3 lbs of rice syrup/malt syrup
  • 75 ml coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and apply the pulse function until the mixture is soft, creamy and fluffy.
  2. Serve in small glasses enjoy!
